Loneliness

“Loneliness is the human condition.  No one is ever going to fill that space.  The best thing you can do is to know yourself… know what you want.”  — Janet Fitch

10 Things That Are Cute

There are obviously more than ten things in the universe that are cute, but I’m going to share my ten *favorite* cute things.

10.) Baby shoes

The smaller they are, the cuter.  Even more so if they’re a brand name shoe.  Have you seen those cute little Converse??

9.) Bunnies

Have you ever seen a bunny sticking its tongue out?  Even cuter than a bunny not sticking its tongue out.

8.) BMO from Adventure Time

The picture above is of a cute ceramic BMO character mug that I recently purchased from Amazon.  How adorable!

7.) Nice Old Ladies (interchangeable with grandmas)

Even more so if they give you cookies… but still cute nonetheless.

6.) Miniature Versions of Things

Sort of the same as baby shoes…  if it’s smaller than it’s supposed to be, it’s cute.

5.) Ridiculously Large Versions of Things

The small things are cute rule also applies to very large versions of things.

4.) Things Little Kids Write

This is pretty self-explanatory.  Click on the picture to read some cute writings by children!

3.) Baby Animals

This picture gets bonus points because English Bulldogs are especially cute (in my opinion).

2.) Quokkas

Those happy-looking marsupials from Australia.  CUTE! 😀

1.) Squishy Things

Squishy things are cute.  I don’t know the psychology behind it, and I also don’t know if other people feel the same way… but I’m pretty sure they do.

Brr!

Good morning!

weatherUnfortunately, this is what the forecast looks like where I am.  I’m preparing to go to work by drinking warm cappuccino and finding mittens to wear!  I know it could be a lot worse, but that first cold week of the season is just dreadful.

What’s the weather like where you’re at?

~ Em

Hello!

Hi there!  My name is Emily, but you can just call me Em.  I’m a nineteen year old girl from Iowa with a lot of interests and ideas that I would like to share with everyone.  I thought that starting a blog might be a great way to do so — so here I am!

Mainly, I will be posting personal reviews of products, such as health/beauty products, electronics, apps, video games, movies, books, etc.  I will also include posts about day-to-day things that I find enjoyable, like comics and such.

This is my first blog, and I would love to hear some constructive criticism from you in the comments.  I also look forward to hearing ideas for blog posts or things you’d like me to review.  Just leave a note in the comments for me!

Have a great day!,

Em
